Healthy Freezer Meals For 2 @ 1pm on October 27
We have the solution to "What's for dinner?!" Learn how to meal prep in this workshop where you will prep 6 entrees (that feeds 2 each) to take home freeze and pull out to cook either in an insta Pot, stove top or bake. We do all the grocery shopping and dishes!
Menu: Coffee Rubbed Roast (oven ready), Heart-y Chili (Insta pot or crock pot ready), Pork Stir-fry (skillet ready), Pineapple Pork Loin (oven ready), Chicken Fajita (skillet ready), Pesto Chicken (oven ready).

Ricotta Cheese Making & Stuffed Ravioli @ 6pm on Oct. 29th, Nov. 8th and 2pm on Nov 16th
Curious about making cheese, but don’t know where to begin? That’s easy—ricotta! Learn to make and use ricotta. We'll make fresh pasta while our cheese drains, we'll make ravioli and two pasta sauces to pair with the ravioli. We will also be sampling out Iowa wines & Iowa Beers during the evening.

Mozzarella & Mascarpone @ 6pm on Oct 22nd and Nov 5th
Curious about making cheese? Mozzarella isn't as hard as it looks especially with our tips & Mascarpone is the easiest cheese to make! We will also be sampling out many Iowa wines & Iowa Beers during the evening.

All about Gnocchi
Learn to make little pillows of deliciousness using leftover mashed potatoes or ricotta cheese (have you taken our cheese making class yet?). Learn how to make and roll out this potato dumpling like a true Italian and serve it with three different sauces. You'll also learn to make sauces to pair with your dumplings!

Grab your friends or spouse for an evening of making, and enjoying, various fresh salsa & sangria recipes. You even get to take home two pints of your favorite to enjoy. Must be 21 to attend.

The super berry! Aronia (chokeberries) are merging into mainstream as a bona-fide health food. Come learn about the potential health benefits and how to use them in delicious recipes. We will also be sampling many aronia products you can purchase at BTS: wine, hard cider& jams

Fruit Pie and Tarts @ 6pm on Nov 26th
Learn the steps for mixing, rolling and baking the perfect flaky crust every time. Simple ingredients baked in the oven until golden and flakey Pie crust can be sweet or savory, all depending on how you fill it. Judge for yourself: taste-test butter vs lard vs shortening crusts. Everyone makes a 12-inch pie to take home and bake!
