It’s that time of year again, the 1-2 months out of the year where New Mexican Hatch chili peppers are in season. Try this simple mustard pretzel dip with roasted Hatch pepper.

Roasted Hatch Pepper Mustard Pretzel Dip

Makes About 1 cup

  • 2-3 Roasted Hatch chili peppers, seeded, chopped
  • 1 (10 oz,) jar Whole grain mustard

Mix chopped hatch peppers with mustard and mix well. Keep in fridge until needed.

Perfect as a pretzel dip or spread for sandwiches.
