Fruit & Oatmeal Breakfast Smoothie

Makes About 3 Servings

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 1/2 cups skim milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 cup frozen unsweetened strawberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen unsweetened raspberries
  • 1 banana

In a blender add oatmeal; blend until a flour forms.

Add milk, vanilla, banana, strawberries, raspberries and sugar. Blend until smooth.

Pour into glasses and serve.
